Golf Attire
All players must wear proper golf attire. The following are not permitted; denim in any form, cut-offs, t-shirts, tank tops, spandex, sweat suits or any other form of attire deemed inappropriate. Also, a collared shirt is required. (Mock necks are acceptable).
Reservations
Starting times will be taken up to 7 days in advance. Singles and twosomes should expect to pair up with an existing reservation as designated by the golf shop or starter. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be paired with other players. Tee-Times will be in 10 minute intervals with a maximum of 4 players to a group.
Cancellation Policy
We have a 12 Hour Cancellation Policy here at Monroe Country Club. For example, If you have a 9AM tee-time, you must cancel by 9PM the day before.
Spikes
Metal or ceramic spikes are prohibited. Players are required to wear shoes equipped with softspikes or spikeless shoes with a flat sole.
Etiquette
In the spirit of the game of golf, we expect all players to exhibit the high standards of personal conduct. We kindly request that players demonstrate respect for the course, fellow players, MCC Staff and the game itself by repairing ball marks, replacing divots and maintaining the proper pace of play.
Pace of Play
Pace of Play at MCC for 9 holes is approx. 1hr 50mins. and 3hrs 45mins. for 18 holes. It is the player’s responsibility to maintain pace of play. Any group or individual who fails to do so may be asked to pick up their ball and move into the proper position.
Non-Players/Spectators
Only golfers who have paid a greens fee are permitted on the golf course. Any non-players or spectators are not allowed.
Replay
Groups which have completed play and wish to play an additional round will be offered a discounted replay rate, if times are available.
Cart Rules
You must be 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license or a minimum of 18 years of age without a license to operate a golf cart. Follow and obey all carts signs and rules. Individuals who rent a golf cart will be responsible for any and all damage to such vehicle.
Personal Property
Monroe Country Club is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.
